Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters from any reputed institution.
∎ Textile Background will be given preference.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidate(s)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with Merchandising Team on the day to day activities.
∎ Accomplish QC cycle (control samples, follow up materials production in house status, control materials in house testing, organize pp meeting, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.)
∎ Implement of buyer's comments with good knowledge in checking paper patterns, fittings.
∎ Implement buyer's Work Manual & follow quality standard to the production factory.
∎ Check buyer's Compliance in the production factory.
∎ Conduct In-line, Final Inspection at factories and play independent role in decision making on daily quality issues.
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) as Quality Controller
∎ Should have work experience in Knit/Woven for minimum 10 years (with factory experience) as QC.
∎ Should have knowledge of Knit, Woven materials.
∎ Must have Good knowledge on different types of Garment Washing.
∎ Should be technically sound in Garments manufacturing process, Physical properties of materials shrinkage twisting etc.
∎ Complete proficiency
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes.
∎ Must be dynamic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Computer knowledge in e-mail, Internet, MS Office package is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.

Salary: Negotiable
