Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Textile Background will be preferred

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To control and manage the quality control system and the quality assurance system from sample development to final inspection.
∎ Conduct in-line, pre-final, packing audit and Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per SOP and make sure customers quality, test, packaging requirements are fully satisfied and ensure no potential risks
∎ Monitor production and provide technical support to the production units, to ensure quality standard and specifications.
∎ A.Q.L inspection inline and final and give on time report and correct feedback.
∎ Ensure goods shipped with quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Update office on order situations for both quality and on time delivery.
∎ Prepare report on performed inspections, tests, ratings and improvements.
∎ To handle and maintain the quality requirements of foreign customers.
∎ Control and ensure quality of each production step as per customers' requirements from Sampling to Bulk.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Identifying the shortcomings in the present quality systems and working for continuous development for achieving the highest quality standard.
∎ Should have Knowledge regarding fabrics construction and composition, workman ship and design with fitting.
∎ To ensure all development samples made correctly in factory according to buyer's quality standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in serving at reputed factory/Buying house
∎ Practical experience in the relevant track in a garments industry as a QC
∎ Should have knowledge in any two fields of Knit, Woven & Sweater.
∎ Should have knowledge on all types of dry process, wet process & wash of apparel sector.
