Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree or Masters in Commerce discipline in any recognize university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Approved PI received from the PO Department.
∎ Collect supplier invoice and packing list for each consignment.
∎ Take booking confirmation to shipping line 7-10 days earlier than the ETD. Ensure shipment mood as sea or air.
∎ Collect & Keep shipment documents from the factory.
∎ Ensure & Confirm accuracy of export documentation.
∎ Make an order follow-up statement for L/C, so that customers can get an over view about the year projection.
∎ Maintain & Follow-up Kandaree software daily.
∎ Issue debit invoice from Hellenic HK banner to customer separately for each order/style.
∎ Collect original GSP and other copy documents including copy of original BL from supplier.
∎ Send scanned documents to customer including Hellenic issued invoice
∎ Follow-up customer's payment to Hellenic foreign bank within certain time.
∎ Issue debit or credit invoice if any correction on payment terms.
∎ Communicate with the Finance & accounts departments to ensure the easy flow of cash.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Top Management.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, & T & T Freight forwarding.
∎ Willing to take challenge and work in a team.
∎ Strong commercial awareness.
∎ Excellent communication both in written & speaking in English.
∎ Capable of handling multitasks to achieve the company's goal.

Salary: Negotiable
