Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc. in Chemistry / Applied Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry / Environmental Chemistry.
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Polymer Science and Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring Raw materials (PET Chips) analysis.
∎ Capable to do the POY, FDY, DTY process related all chemical and physical tests.
∎ To perform sampling and testing of Raw water, soft water, DM water, ETP water and maintain records.
∎ Ensuring dyeing test of Polyester fabrics and yarn sample.
∎ To prepare reagent, solvent and standardization, storage of reagents and maintain records.
∎ Capable to operate the all Physical and Chemical testing Auto analyzer / Instrument.
∎ To perform calibration and maintenance of Lab equipment and apparatus.
∎ Ensuring cleaning of all equipment, apparatus and different areas.
∎ To prepare daily, monthly, yearly Quality, Packing and Stock report.
∎ To be responsible for quality issues of the assigned products, raw materials, finished goods etc.
∎ Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solution, compounds for conducting test.
∎ To solve any quality development issue as soon as possible.
∎ To ensure that the quality of finished goods is in accordance with approved sample and specifications.
∎ Should have good work habit to ensure high level of quality.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Should have the ability to communicate clearly with team members and managers.
∎ Should have the ability of problem solving, pro-active, self-motivated and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Ms Office.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and handling multifunctioning activities.
∎ Should be self-driven, hardworking & high level of professional integrity.
∎ Have to work on shift basis (2 shifts) per day.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Abide by any other job as and when assigned by the management.
