Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance manuals, policies, and procedures in our pickle manufacturing company
∎ Constantly develop and deepen knowledge regarding international food safety standards (IFS, BRC) and European/American food regulations
∎ Conduct regular inspections, laboratory tests, and audits of raw materials, production process, and finished products
∎ Ensure compliance with international food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS) and prepare for audits through food certification companies or customer
∎ Lead, train and supervise quality control staff to maintain high-quality production standards
∎ Aid in supplier approval process (documentation requirements)
∎ Analyze quality control data and develop strategies to improve production efficiency, product quality and food safety
∎ Collaborate with production and management to ensure continuous development
∎ Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution of quality-related issues
∎ Prepare and submit quality control reports to management
∎ Provide expert advice to management and customers for product, food quality and safety matters
