Quality Control Audit

Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in line and pre-shipment and final Inspection.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.
∎ Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customer.
∎ Monitoring production and provide technical support to production unit when required to ensure quality standard.
∎ Must have through knowledge in planning checking, follow-up, monitoring and reporting the QA Activities.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Prepare daily quality reports and report to management.
∎ Check sample against product specification to ensure that they meet customer's quality standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 7 years in men's & ladies woven tops
∎ At least 5 years.(Specialized in men's & ladies woven tops)
∎ Person should know and follow high integrity.
∎ Having experience handling Walmart products will add extra value.
∎ Should have capability handling production quality in factories individually
∎ Must have good command in English. (Both Writing and Speaking)
∎ Must have computer knowledge in Microsoft office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint), E-mail correspondence.
Salary: Negotiable
