Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting and doing risk assessment before starting of production.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Check size set sample.
∎ Perform in-line inspection in cutting production floor and finishing to check quality.
∎ Follow up and conduct inline pre- final and final inspections.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and maintain quality SOP.
∎ Provide support in garment development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Ensure lab test reports of garment are in place.
∎ Doing inspection of finished goods before shipment according to the buyer requirement and prepare inspection report for submission and portal update.
∎ Ensure checking in each production process in terms of quality and co-ordinate concern Merchandiser regarding quality and production status accordingly.
∎ Individual factory handling and providing decision about final inspection pass fail and recheck.
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issue.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Interpret and ensure samples against Product Specification / Technical File.
∎ Follow Quality Control steps from Sample Development till Final Production.
∎ Provide Technical support to the Merchandisers, Factories and Clients.
∎ Capable to solve any production & sampling related technical issues.
∎ Moderate communication skill-especially in English both speaking and writing.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel.
