Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Evaluation: Regularly review and analyze the current operational processes to identify areas of improvement.
∎ Data Verification: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all platforms, from internal systems to university portals.
∎ Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students, agents, and internal staff to identify potential issues or areas for enhancement.
∎ Issue Identification: Promptly detect, document, and address discrepancies or issues in the application and consultation processes.
∎ Testing: Conduct routine tests on all new system features or updates to ensure they function as expected without introducing new issues.
∎ Report Generation: Compile detailed reports on QA activities, findings, and implemented solutions for management review.
∎ Training & Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to communicate QA findings and provide necessary training or guidance to improve the quality of service.
∎ Stay Updated: Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge in line with the latest QA methodologies and tools relevant to the education consultancy industry.
∎ Policy & Procedure Development: In collaboration with management, assist in the formulation of quality policies and procedures and ensure their proper dissemination and adoption.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent or above experience in a related field.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Innovative and creative
∎ Exceptional attention to detail.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
∎ Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Familiarity with the education consultancy industry is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
