This proactive role focuses on defect prevention in knit garment production by establishing and monitoring quality systems, processes, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain QA systems for knit production lines.
• Conduct process audits and risk assessments.
• Develop SOPs and provide quality training to production teams.
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and lead corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with buyer-specific quality requirements and standards.
