Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Be responsible for overseeing production, capacity and quality, monitoring factory performance, internal QA and QC performance.
∎ • Provide training for QC associates on how to perform all Pre- production meetings, In-line inspection and final inspections as per PEI standers.
∎ • Conduct random visit in-line and final inspection to observe and understand the existing quality standards at the factory.
∎ • Be the lead evaluator when conducting preliminary and annual factory evaluation and provide strong CAP.
∎ • Be responsible for conduct seminars and workshop together with QC staffs at vendor location to share and develop vendor production and quality management's knowledge of PEI product quality.
∎ • Report to VP global QC team in USA on monthly basis and all data and statistic required in a timely manner

∎ • Candidate aspiring for this post should posses above 7-10 years working experience in apparel manufacturing organization and holds degree/diploma/certificate level related qualifications obtained from a recognized apparel institution.
∎ • Should prove competency in garment constructions of knit & woven (tops and bottoms) with a theoretical and practical knowledge of garment manufacturing.
∎ • Effective time management, interpersonal skills, proactive, assertive, Leadership skills, forward thinking and taking ownership in delivering flawless execution.
∎ • Should be willing to work extended hours in meeting deadlines.
∎ • Should have a sound computer literacy and good command of spoken & written English
