Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure and manage daily quality control activities to ensure products meet the company's quality standards.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
∎ Detect and analyze product defects, deviations, or inconsistencies, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
∎ Evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
∎ Monitor collection of quality and product sampling, perform quality measurement and ensure product meets compliance with all quality standards criteria.
∎ Analyzing data, products, and procedures to ensure they meet standards.
∎ Report findings and non-compliance issues to management and work on solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
