Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree or Diploma in business administration, engineering, or another related field
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
∎ Work experience in ISO9001 plus managing the Audits Internally and Externally.
∎ Coordinates with certifying authorities to maintain the certification time frames.
∎ Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
∎ Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
∎ Coordinates product testing processes.
∎ Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
∎ Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
∎ Maintains compliance standards with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned and schedules of the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Certified Quality Inspector preferred
∎ 3+years of experience in manufacturing and quality assurance
∎ Understanding of ISO 9001 implementation
∎ Experience with lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma)
∎ Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
∎ Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented
∎ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
