∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement & Support TPM project.
∎ Modify machine/equipment to support Kaizen, SMED and other projects.
∎ Advise maintenance leader and technician concerning machine matter
∎ Attending to major plant breakdown with hands on.
∎ Provide training and coaching to workers.
∎ Maintainace and repair of electrical items.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 - 5 years' hands on experience in Electrical Field.
∎ Exposure to manufacturing environments.
∎ Good oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
∎ Good fault finding and organizational skills.
∎ Tenacious in resolving plant problems and be able to plan ahead and undertake multiple projects/problems.
∎ Must also be able to plan own work and work unsupervised.
∎ Knowledge in TPM or Lean concept would be preferable
∎ Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance Planning
∎ Should have programming & trouble shooting knowledge in PLC, HMI & in
∎ AC/DC motor drives.
∎ Computer proficiency
