Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) to establish quality regulations for products and employees. QA Manager must ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
∎ The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business. QA Manager also help communicate expectations to QA team and provide coaching and corrective action when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all operations that affect quality
∎ Supervise and guide QA team
∎ Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
∎ Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
∎ Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
∎ Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
∎ Review current standards and policies
∎ Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
∎ Ensure all legal standards are met
∎ Design, implement, and improve company quality standards
∎ Assist in the recruiting process
∎ Formulate strategies to increase productivity
∎ Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends
∎ Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting team members to ensure that standards are met
∎ Crate reports to track progress
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience creating and executing manual test cases
∎ Excellent verbal communication skills; must be equally comfortable having high level technical conversations with our Dev Leads or translating technical details for non-technical audiences
∎ Ability to conduct and oversee meetings with leadership, team members, clients and end users
∎ Familiarity with software development and web/mobile application testing concepts
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires frequent shift in areas of focus
∎ Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems and QA challenges
∎ Knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
∎ Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
∎ A desire to help others achieve their best
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
∎ Reliable and Trustworthy
