∎ Description: TotalFood Processing Pvt Limited, Bangladesh (https://totalfoodprocessing.com) is a state-of-the-art shrimp and fish processing factory located in Rupsha, just on the outskirts of divisional city Khulna, 170 km from the capital city Dhaka, beside the Khulna-Dhaka Highway. The seaport is just 30km and the airport (under construction) is just 10km away from the factory premise. The area covers approximately 20 acres of land under our TotalFood title. The factory is designed with extensive and rigorous consultations with various local and international experts. It is our ambition to become a game changer in the Bangladesh Shrimp processing industry.
∎ More About Us: Our UK business, TotalFood Distribution Limited, has been operating since 1996. We have a purpose-built cold storage facility with a fleet of refrigerated company branded vehicles for distribution of our products, covering London and the South East of England. We distribute a wide range of frozen products to our customers who are restaurants, wholesalers, cash & carry outlets, small distributors and retail outlets.
∎ This is an entry level job. The selected candidate will be appointed as trainee position and after successful completion of the training period permanent position will be offered
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work directly with the Quality Assurance Inspector (senior) in the production premises.
∎ To work directly in raw material reception, quality checking and monitoring.
∎ To work in quality checking in processing, weighing and packing.
∎ Visit to shrimp farming areas as per instruction
∎ To assist testing of water and soil of culture farm
∎ To assist quality control related documentation and record keeping
∎ To assist testing and related activities of chemical and microbiological laboratory
∎ To do sampling for testing of raw materials as per sampling plan
∎ To arrange trainings with production employees as per training program
∎ To do appropriately any relevant work assigned by a senior officer or manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of using Microsoft office
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
