• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Food (Packaged)

• Diploma

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Power Technology from a any reputed Polytechnic Institute

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shrimp, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries, Food (Packaged)

• Previous experience as an engineer in the Ammonia refrigeration plant ( fish processing industry or a similar field).

• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair processing equipment.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

• Implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong equipment lifespan and ensure product quality.

• Collaborate with production teams to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

• Train and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
