∎ totalFOOD Processing Pvt Limited (https://www.totalfoodprocessing.com/) is located at Rupsha, Khulna, just on the outskirts of Khulna City, by the side of the Khulna-Mongla seaport-Dhaka Highway. The seaport is just 30 Km and the airport (under construction) will be 10Km away from our premises. The area covers approximately 20 acres of land under our totalFOOD title. The factory is designed with extensive and rigorous consultations with various experts both local and international. It is our ambition to become a game changer in the Bangladesh Shrimp processing industry.
∎ Our UK business, totalFood Distribution Limited, has been operating since 1996. We have a purpose-built cold storage facility with a capacity of 300 tonnes. We own a fleet of 5 refrigerated company-branded vehicles for the distribution of our products, covering London and the Southeast of England. We distribute a wide range of frozen products to our customers who are restaurants, wholesalers, cash & carry outlets, small distributors, and retail outlets
∎ Assistant Engineer (Refrigeration) is responsible to day to day-to-day operation, troubleshooting & maintenance work of all Ammonia refrigeration systems and equipment, all Air compressors, and all HVAC of the Total Food Processing Ltd. His prime responsibility is to attend to refrigeration related complaints coming from the production and utility section, Find out the cause of the problem and give instructions to the concerned person with probable solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duty will be rostered according to the Maintenance Department.
∎ Put a signature in the attendance register according to the Total Food Processing Ltd. rule.
∎ Installing the refrigeration system with a team of other engineers and Fitters of the third party who does the piping and erection works Check the operation, maintenance logs book and checklist sheet in the first hour of every duty time, if any critical problem is identified, inform to Senior Project Engineer/Lead Project Engineer
∎ Distribute the development & maintenance work among the sub-ordinates & supervise them to solve the problem at the proper time.
∎ Make briefings about the working job to the sub-ordinates for their clear understanding
∎ He will be able to solve any kind of refrigeration machinery breakdown of any production, or utility section as per after receiving the work request from the following section or by the call of the Senior Project Engineer or Lead Project Engineer.
∎ He will maintain the all records related to his job (Maintenance Sheet, Checklist and log sheet, Lube oil consumption, Spare parts consumption etc.)
∎ He will submit the weekly breakdown report/ Development work report to the Senior Project Engineer or Lead Project Engineer
∎ To ensure all types of safety and precaution to the subordinates before starting any job.
∎ To take necessary action for required local & imported spare parts with the concern of the Senior Engineer or Lead Project Engineer.
∎ To ensure neatness & cleanliness of the respective section.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
