Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive retail asset files, check product & segment wise required documents, maintain database & forward files to CRM after cross checking.
∎ Maintain retail asset files after approval from CRM with update wanting pending from business units and prepare for disbursement.
∎ Check disbursement documents & prepare document checklist follow up with pending Business units & ensure pending update activities to concerned department and resolve professionally.
∎ Ensure smooth disbursement of Retail Asset through file movement and co-ordination with (All Branches & Sales Unites), CRM, Operations, Legal & others relevant department.
∎ Maintain deferral MIS and all deferral documents received from Business Units. Update deferrals to Operations department accordingly.
∎ Prepare approval memo & implementation accordingly.
∎ Properly maintain file submission to Disbursement MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Interpersonal skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on retail loan related document specially mortgage loan.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS office package.
∎ Teamwork.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skill (Both English & Bangla)
