∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control in Denim Factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be experienced in handling quality of specially denim and non-denim bottoms/tops including wash.
∎ Must have team building capability and work under pressure.
∎ Assist Production department to generate quality garments and meet shipment schedule as per TOD.
∎ Conducting pre-production meeting and doing risk assessment during sampling stage before starting of production.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Perform in-line inspection in cutting production floor and finishing to check quality, and keep the records of inspection reports.
∎ Provide support in garment development during sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Ensure lab test reports of garment are in place.
∎ Ensure checking in each production process in terms of quality and co-ordinate with concerned Merchandiser regarding quality and production status accordingly.
∎ Should maintain all discipline and compliance issues.
∎ Ensure Quality Management system process are “established, implemented and maintained”.
∎ Complete style wise file folder must be kept in the factory until final inspection and any future reference
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Preferable working experience on Denim Factory.
∎ Have Knowledge on computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word).
∎ Good in IQ and work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
∎ A logical and systematic approach to work.
∎ Good time management with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines.
