Responsibilities & Context:

·  Handle buyers and manage orders from sampling to shipment

·  Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and planning teams

·  Doing inline and Final Inspection

·  Develop production schedules and ensure on-time delivery

·  Manage and guide merchandising team members

·  Track order status and resolve production issues

·  Ensure buyer compliance and documentation

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Fashion / Business

·         5–10 years of experience in garments Quality check and Merchandising

·         Strong communication skills (English mandatory)

·         Experience dealing with international buyers

·         Excellent planning, negotiation, and leadership skills

·         Strong knowledge of garments production process
