Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting product safety audit / QMS throughout the facility.
∎ Ensuring sharp tools control procedure is being maintained.
∎ Ensuring metal detection procedure is being maintained.
∎ Controlling the Broken / Needle control policy.
∎ lf any needle fragment is missing, investigate according to broken needle procedure & suggest to issue new needle.
∎ Doing the required testing of products during 1st bulk to maintain optimum product safety.
∎ Providing training and developing the knowledge of team member/ employee.
∎ Randomly auditing pull test reports and requirements.
∎ Checking heat seal machines temperature and pressure for required safety (minimum 2 times per day).
∎ According to the data sheet check the bonding test of fusing/ interlining (minimum 2 time per day)
∎ Confirming machine coming from outside are needle free.
∎ Maintaining master list of calibration for equipment and update time to time for calibration.
∎ Confirming drawstring measurement & safety tacked in control back.
∎ Reviewing neck stretch measurement record.
∎ Reviewing the broken / waste snap component record. Daily label inventory record review.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill including Reading and Writing skill in English.
∎ The applicants must have professional training in the following area(s): ISO- 9001, OCS, GOTS, GRS & Production Traceability Documents.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
