Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline/B.Sc in textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Candidate must have hands on experience in Denim & Non-Denim ; Knit; manufacturing process.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Quality department
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory following Brand's requirements and guidance for each department and process in factory.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, line layout/In-line production quality check & quality control Capacity / Final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance/control system or quality management system.
∎ Able to make inspection report in computer software.
∎ Analyse inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Should have work experience with European customer and ladies item.
∎ Coordinate with factory production and Merchandising team
∎ Daily reporting to QA Manager.

∎ Minimum 8 years ( 4 years in factory + 4 years in buying offices )
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/Quality control/Washing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Ready Made Garment Factories and Buying Offices.
∎ Strong communication skills in English
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and goal oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
