Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to make and cross check pattern.
∎ Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
∎ Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
∎ Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.
∎ Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians
∎ Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
∎ Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
∎ Conduct periodic management review meetings.
∎ Oversee product recalls.
∎ Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
∎ Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
∎ Job Responsibilities Experience in garments industry (woven) with sound knowledge of international quality systems
∎ Setup, train and monitor the QC and QI
∎ Plan, check, follow-up, monitor and report activities of Quality Assurance. Make Q.A inspection plan with production and material department.
∎ Leading the team for changes, innovation and achieve company goals
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the Management.
∎ Responsible for overall quality control of apparel items (Garments & Sweater)
∎ Monitor production process as well as ensure product quality to comply with customer requirements based on the processes and guidelines;
∎ Review report in-line and final inspection and take immediately response to quality issue and guide for action plan;
∎ Ensure that all QA requirements and order progressing requirements are managed efficiently;
∎ Provide coaching and training to QA team members; and
∎ Implement quality control policies and procedures as directed by senior management to ensure conformity with specifications and standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge in Quality SOP
∎ Able to communicate with overseas QA / Buyers.
∎ Must have good reading & writing skill in English.
∎ Should have experience in handle 40 lines garments.
∎ Should have experience in denim and oven garments industries.
∎ Have vast knowledge for knit fabric making (knitting, dyeing and finishing)
∎ Have vast knowledge on print & embroidery work.
∎ Have practical knowledge to handle USA customer with big volume.
