Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze regular quality & production data and send statistical reports to concern personnel.
∎ Develop & reviews quality standard, policy & procedure to ensure fabric standard according to customer requirement.
∎ Monitor subordinates' activities & propose training plan for future development.
∎ Regular communication with textile & garments department for efficient productivity.
∎ Any others job assigned by the superior as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound health and strength.
∎ Should have mentality to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
