Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• QC (Jacket/Outerwear): Minimum Graduate in any discipline but postgraduate/Graduate in Textile Manufacturing / Textile Engineering from a well reputed institutes candidates will of course be given preference.

• Job-related other educational qualifications from any recognized Fashion / Garment / Textile Universities or Institutions will count as a preference.

• Asst. Merchandiser/Merchandiser (Sweater): Graduate in Textile Engineering/Merchandising or relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: jaket/outerwear/woven, fabric inspection, Quality Control, basics on printing, embroidery.
• The applicants should have experience in the following categories men’s, ladies, children and product safety and process controls.
• Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
• IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are a design & product development-based sourcing platform for Woven, Tops, Bottoms, Light knit, Heavy Knit, Jackets, along with a Sample Sections. And in terms of product items, we do handle Tops & Bottoms for Men, Ladies, and also for Kids. Besides our Sample Sections, we have collaborated with 10 reputed garment factories in Bangladesh & 22 Renowned and reliable suppliers of FABRICS and YARN in Bangladesh, China, Japan, Pakistan, and Taiwan to execute any kind of orders within the time frame & following the optimum level of quality.

Job Context:

We are looking for qualified professionals for the positions of QC (Jacket/Outerwear) and Asst. Merchandiser/Merchandiser (Sweater). Candidates are encouraged to apply for the position that best matches their skills and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality control of jacket production.

• Follow up with factories and ensure buyer requirements are met.

• Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections.

• Maintain proper documentation and quality reports.

• Handle order follow-up, sample development, and production planning.

• Maintain regular communication with buyers.

• Monitor production and ensure on-time shipment.

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams.

Job Location:

• Dhaka, Savar, Gazipur, or Narayanganj (as per requirement)
