Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards and according to the plans set forth by Company.
∎ Closing the Inspection results by proactively coordinating with the Engineer for completeness of the Reports and do file records of inspection (including photographs and notes) according to the systems.
∎ Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods against project requirements and industry standards.
∎ Together with the Engineer to conduct tests and inspection on construction materials, ensuring compliance with specifications according to Contract requirements.
∎ Identify, document, and communicate construction defects and quality issues to Management and Subcontractors.
∎ Collaborate with BR, engineers, subcontractors, and quality assurance personnel to address quality-related issues.
∎ Prepare reports summarizing inspection findings and present them to Management.
∎ Ensure quality construction projects comply with Contract Specifications, other relevant industry standards (if necessary), and regulatory requirements.
∎ Raise and closing the NCR by investigating the root causes or lack of quality workmanship, proposing corrective actions to prevent future defects and delays.
∎ To conduct Internal Training and Subcontractor related to quality work.
∎ To maintain quality records set forth by systems and ensure the documentation are completed, easy to traceability for Audit and claim purpose.

∎ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work in a multiculture work environment.
∎ English Speaking & understanding ability.
∎ Experience in construction industry.
∎ Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
