Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
∎ Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes and informing the Chief Cook when quality is sub-standard.
∎ To maintain a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
∎ Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and other products.
∎ Report any problems with kitchen equipment to the Chief Cook on duty.
∎ Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in food preparation before every use.
∎ Communicating with staff to ensure that food allergy considerations are met.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knife Cutting Skill
∎ Experience of Serving Dish plate
∎ Cleanliness
∎ Healthy both in physically and mentally
∎ English Speaking & understanding ability
∎ Experience in Japanese Restaurant
∎ Work experience in Japanese, international or equivalent restaurant
