Job Context:
∎ Our fashion division is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead, manage and develop our liaison office in Dhaka composed of quality, merchandising and back office team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in leading and driving a team in the South Asia area and a direct working experience with European brands.
∎ Quality Control of styles from Prenatal/Chicco brands.
∎ Division/Dept.: Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pre-production meetings
∎ Inline and Final inspections
∎ Check production status of factories
∎ Must have technical knowledge and experience with newborn and kids garments checking
∎ Good knowledge of English in order to communicate with China office and supervisors
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Teams) in order to use the inspection programs and to communicate with China office and supervisors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-year experience in apparel quality control management, especially in woven, knit and sweater
∎ Must have work experience in same job description in Liaison office.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
