Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University / Any foreign training or degree in garments/textiles sector will be given preference with direct factory experience is must for the job, not the ideal qualifications.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
∎ Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment. Follow up the planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards.
∎ Follow up the order by using the Order Follow-up System and use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status and report to top management.
∎ Understand supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time
∎ Have an in depth knowledge and experience about product and costing for Knit + Woven.
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with team leader.
∎ Have good Knowledge to prepare Time and Action flow chart to maintain the delivery.
∎ Strong Sourcing Knowledge.
∎ Follow up oversee and monitor the progress from development stage to delivery as per scheduled delivery date
∎ Work closely with team leader, QC department.
∎ Should have good knowledge of print technique and fabric quality technique: washing, dyeing, finishing all kind of special treatment of fabric.
∎ Have sound knowledge on approval of pp Samples, Development Sample and bulk production etc.
∎ Visit factories and attend relevant meetings with team to discuss crucial issues on a regular basis
∎ Prepare various production planning reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the top management

Additional Requirements:
∎ prefer have some experience to work with buyer directly,
∎ prefer to have factory experience,
∎ Capable to lead pre- shipment inspection individually.
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure individually and with team.
