Job Context:
∎ 01 nos for Quality Control department at a Terry Towel Manufacturing Industry.
∎ Job Location: CEPZ. Chattogram.
∎ Service Terms: As per BEPZA Law & Rules & Regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Guide & Regulate activities of Quality Control Department.
∎ Conduct random inspection of Greige goods/bleached goods/dyed goods/goods in stitching process.
∎ Conduct random inspection of goods ready for poly packing.
∎ Conduct random inspection of packed goods
∎ Conduct random inspection on goods inspected by QC Officer.
∎ Prepare & submit report on all inspections conducted.
∎ Deliver guidance/suggestion/instruction to respective personal/department based on reports of QC Officers.
∎ Deliver guidance/suggestion/instruction to respective personal/department on self conducted inspections.
∎ Attend final inspection conducted by Buyers representative/3rd Party Inspector/Self Inspector
∎ Work with respective departments to ensure maintaining quality standard.
∎ Work for maintaining & developing Quality management at field level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ At least 2 year(s) in the relevant field.
∎ Have clear conception on Yarn quality & defects
∎ Have clear conception on Weaving process & defects.
∎ Have clear conception on Bleaching process & defects
∎ Have clear conception on Dyeing process & defects.
∎ Have clear conception on Stitching process & defects
∎ Have clear conception on Packing process & issues.
∎ Have clear conception on Final Inspection of goods to be shipped issues related to same..
∎ Able to work independently & prepare reports.
∎ Able to provide suggestion for solving problems identified.
∎ Need adequate technical knowledge on Terry Towel Industry.
∎ Should be capable of working on Computer.
∎ Should be capable to correspond through mails.
∎ Able to communicate/correspond in English language.
Salary: Negotiable
