Educational Requirements:
∎ S.S.C or Diploma
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up of Quality standards as per the Buyer requirement.
∎ Over all administration of factories QA department and monitoring the work of sewing QC, finishing QC, line Q.C, QI cutting and all inspectors as well as evaluation of their performance.
∎ Conduct training and make all his sub ordinates accountable to him for their performance to achieve the target of quality level.
∎ Report day-to-day quality status and trend to factory Production Head.
∎ Collection of approval sample, shade band card, trim card, spec sheet and go through these to compare first of production with the approval sample before going for bulk production.
∎ In case of any change in the style or design by the buyer he will communicate the floor people for the confirmation of change.
∎ Send samples of fabric, garments, and accessories to the concern merchandiser for lab test, if it is required.
∎ Details study of test cutting, sample, wash and non-wash and consult with GM Q.A/TECH or GM production, of the factory if there is any discrepancy to find out appropriate solution.
∎ Keep close co-ordination with GM Q.A/TECH for continuous improvement.
∎ Daily conduct review meeting with all sewing and finishing auditors.
∎ Review audit summary and have meeting with abnormal lines.
∎ Ensure the styling and measurements of the garments sewed are based on the customers approved sample and without any deviation.
∎ Line wise sewing and customers approved sample and without any division line wise sewing and finishing production of passed garments has to be monitored every hour.
∎ Supervisor must ensure all inward materials in warehouse, cutting, sewing and after wash goods are in right condition and shape.
∎ Co-ordinate with pre final auditors and clear the packed cartons to warehouse twice a day with the help of GM quality/production.
∎ Based on the cartons auditors findings fine tune final auditors and make sure mistakes are not repeated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with Woven Garments will be preferred.
∎ Working experience only on woven.
∎ Ensure good quality, final inspection must pass on first assessment; make sure good production through proper in line inspections.
∎ Fluency both in written & speaking in Bangla & English.
