Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in software quality assurance or testing roles, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
∎ Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
∎ Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr for test case management and defect tracking.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
∎ Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester or Certified Agile Tester (CAT) are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
∎ Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
∎ Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
∎ Document and report bugs and issues found during testing, including detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and severity assessments.
∎ Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues, and verify fixes and enhancements.
∎ Conduct regression testing to ensure that defects are fixed and new features meet quality standards.
∎ Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to provide updates on testing progress and identify potential risks and challenges.
∎ Collaborate with QA and development teams to continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
∎ Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing, and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing testing activities.
∎ Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
∎ Provide input and feedback on product design, usability, and functionality to improve the overall quality of software products.
∎ Understand and ensure Information Security best practices for DH solutions.
