Responsibilities & Context:
- Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures for the entire factory.
- Overseeing the quality of raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
- Performing in process and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Working closely with the design, production, and technical teams to maintain product quality.
- Leading and developing the quality inspection team, providing training, and ensuring the follow quality standards.
- Communicating with buyer representative and providing feedback with timely manner.
- Identifying and addressing defects in products, and implementing corrective and preventive action.
- Making sure that all processes comply with company and customer’s standards.
- Ensuring that the final product meets customer expectations and resolving any quality-related issues.
- Maintaining all necessary quality documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Continuously seeking ways to improve quality control processes and reduce defects.
