Job Context:
∎ Rider Leather Bags & Luggage Factory Ltd. is a reputed bag manufacturing company manufactures bag products and exports to European countries & USA, is looking for suitable candidates for the said position.
∎ Job Location: Rider Leather Bags & Luggage Factory Ltd. factory premises located at Khariala, Ashuganj, Brahmanbaria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample development follows up and to arrange PP meeting to find out required attachment quality control system according to style & buyer requirements.
∎ Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Must have knowledge of sample development approve sample, swatch matching & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customers.
∎ Monitoring production and provide technical support to production unit when required, to ensure quality standard.
∎ Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers' compliance standards.
∎ Ensure works were inspected by the respective QCCs in accordance with the Quality Control System (QCS).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Controller/ Assurance, Quality Inspection.
∎ Experience on preparing quality documentation, quality SOP and capable/experience on facing technical audit.
∎ Experience on bulk woven products approval.
∎ Must be capable to accomplish the in Line to final inspection.
∎ Have an understanding of bag fabric construction, yarn development, gauges, and stitch/ pattern development, etc.
∎ Capable or must have experience on facing technical audit.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on preparing Quality SOP.
∎ Must have good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Experience on bulk woven products approval.
∎ Can handle buyer & suggest alternative solution.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
