Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality management of the company ensuring required quality standard.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.
∎ Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards relevant to our products and ensure that the production processes align with all applicable quality and safety regulations.
∎ Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals. Foster a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing the importance of adherence to quality standards.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and supply chain, to integrate quality into every aspect of the production process.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, procedures, and performance.
∎ Generate regular reports on quality metrics and provide updates to senior management.
∎ Develop and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of quality standards and processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 48 years

∎ In-depth understanding of garment manufacturing processes, covering cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging.
∎ Knowledge of garment construction, fabric characteristics, and production techniques.
∎ Strong expertise in implementing quality control methodologies and industry best practices.
∎ Proven ability to establish and enforce stringent quality standards across the production process.
∎ Demonstrated problem-solving skills for real-time identification and resolution of quality issues.
∎ Quick decision-making abilities to implement corrective actions and prevent defects.
∎ Excellent communication skills to effectively convey quality expectations and standards.
∎ Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams, including designers, production managers, and suppliers.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proficient computer skills for report preparation and generation.
∎ Fluency in spoken and written English.
∎ Good references with the highest level of integrity.
