∎ Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
∎ Experience with version control systems such as Git and code collaboration tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
∎ Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Agile Tester (CAT) are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Develop and implement QA strategies, plans, and processes to ensure the quality of software products throughout the development lifecycle.
∎ Define and prioritize test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
∎ Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, security, and scalability.
∎ Establish and maintain QA environments, including test data, configurations, and tools.
∎ Monitor and analyze test results, defects, and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and prioritize defects, and drive resolution to closure.
∎ Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to increase test coverage and efficiency.
∎ Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality-related issues to development teams.
∎ Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and software testing, and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the QA team and across the organization.
∎ Serve as a subject matter expert on QA processes, tools, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to stakeholders.
