Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Postgraduate in any Discipline from a reputed University.
∎ A degree related to the Apparel sector will be preferable.

Job Context:
∎ We seek an experienced individual for the role of QA inspector for KOTON Bangladesh Liaison Office, who has initiative, drive, and self-motivation to take challenge to deliver high quality results.
∎ Reporting Relationship: QA Inspector will report to Quality Team Leader and Quality Director.
∎ Job Location: Sultana Tower, House # 10, Sonargaon Janapath, Sector # 11, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka -1230

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively interact with the Vendor's Production and Quality team to maintain product quality as per KOTON Standards; ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control to ensure all quality & production issues by regular Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Responsible for production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ To take corrective & preventive actions against problems & defects.
∎ Responsible for pre-production meeting, in-lines, pre-final, packing audit and Final Random Inspection (FRI) as per SOP and make sure quality, test, packaging requirements are fully satisfied as per KOTON requirements and ensure no potential risks.
∎ Responsible to provide accurate production report regular basis to the merchandising team of Bangladesh and Turkey office.
∎ To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 Years Quality control experience both Jersey, woven and constructed products.
∎ Better to have experience in a global company or brand.
∎ Strong Communications skill.
∎ Free to travel.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English.
∎ Able to operate MS Office packages, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook fluently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet target.
∎ Strong depth knowledge in RMG production and Quality.
