∎ Experience in the Pattern/Cad program or Factory in line IE/machine set up(At least one part knowledge need)
∎ Experience in the Quality Control/ 3rd party Audit,/Quality Inspection
∎ Fluent in English both written & email communication (test in interview)
∎ College degree Mathematics knowledge (test in interview)
∎ Advanced skills on MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint (test in interview)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ QA team senior manager with data /metrics for Quality Audit ,Quality management system develop ,Tracks & reports on implementation of Corrective Action Plan.
∎ Thoroughly conduct Final Inspection as per AQL & Follow up all quality points ,process engineering & Packing accuracy as per SOP
∎ Evaluating Production stages & testing the appearance & functionality of complete Products. Train to FQA as per our quality Standards & Testing /Inspection guideline
∎ Develop Process quality ,Process Simplification & advice to respective factory for better execution.
∎ Monitor Risk Assessment every styles & analyze problem logs to identify and prepare appropriate report
∎ Thoroughly Review QC file & yellow tag /red tag Sample with BULK production & ensure construction accordingly, Plan ,execute & verify Inspection & outgoing product to confirm Quality conformance to specifications & quality deliverables
∎ Ensure Quality compliance & cost effectiveness of the supply chain
