Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all procurement from local sources in accordance with company policies & requirements.
∎ Purchase Garments production raw materials like: Dyes chemical, Accessories, Machine and Machinery parts.
∎ Create time and action plan for all order and follow-up regularly.
∎ Follow up prices, specifications & delivery dates to determine the best bid price among potential supplies.
∎ Candidate should be responsible to purchase the goods at a competitive price after verifying the market.
∎ Responsible to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the factory and follow-up with the store for timely receiving of the goods.
∎ To ensure timely submission of the bills to accounts for final settlement.
∎ Have to maintain all purchase related data in computer for future reference purpose.
∎ Responsible to do any other purchase related works given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates don't have purchase experience in Garments sector do not need to apply.
∎ Must have experience in local purchase.
∎ Must have good computer skills
∎ Able to prepare reports in computer.
∎ Should be hard working and sincere.
∎ Capable of independently manage All Purchase of this Company.
∎ Must be Knowledge about of All Purchase Material.
∎ Good experiences & knowledge about Purchases is appreciated to apply for the position.
