Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials and services required by the company

• Maintain supplier database, follow up on quotation and prepare purchase orders

• Ensure timely delivery of materials by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.

• Verify PR/PO documentation and maintain purchase records for audit and compliance.

• Monitor market trends, compare prices, and ensure cost-effective purchase.

• Support project and operational terms by ensuring availability of required materials on time.

• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance Department to process supplier bills on time.
