1. Media Relations & Press Operations:

   • Pitch story ideas, host press trips, and manage relationships with travel writers, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.

   • Draft and distribute high-impact press releases, media advisories, and press kits for new ride launches, seasonal events, or resort openings.

2. Reputation & Crisis Management:

   • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment across digital and traditional channels.

   • Act as a key member of the crisis communications team, preparing statements and handling sensitive situations (e.g., ride malfunctions, weather closures) swiftly and professionally.

3. Event Planning & Execution:

   • Coordinate media days, VIP launches, red-carpet events, and community relations initiatives within the park and resort properties.

4. Content Creation & Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and amplify PR campaigns across digital platforms.

   • Write speeches for executives and prepare talking points for internal spokespeople.
