Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Customer Queries.
∎ Resolving Problem related to clients appointment
∎ Replying to the Queries of Client/Sales Officers/Patient/Doctors through email/ fax/ telephone.
∎ Co-ordination with the various Depts. for solving patients problems, report status etc.
∎ Accepting request for add-on & cancellation of appointment
∎ Organizing Phlebotomist for Home Visits.
∎ Daily MIS

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 5+ years experience in Customer care from Pharma / Pathology/Healthcare
∎ Strong communication skill
∎ Excellent personality with positive approach/attitude.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Confident, self-driven, innovative , problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
