Experience:

• At least 5 years

• At least 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 5+ years of experience in polyurethane foam technology.

• Experience in refrigerator, freezer, appliance or insulation manufacturing preferred.

• Hands-on experience with PU foam formulation and production processes.

• Should have Strong knowledge of polyurethane chemistry.

• Should have familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and analytical methods.

• Knowledge of process optimization and statistical analysis will get preferred.

• Should have experience with quality management systems.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and optimizing PU foam formulations for refrigerator insulation, improving product quality and manufacturing efficiency, evaluating raw materials, troubleshooting process issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and optimize PU foam formulations for refrigerator insulation.

• Improve foam quality, thermal performance and manufacturing efficiency.

• Conduct laboratory trials and support new product implementation in production.

• Troubleshoot foaming process issues and establish operating standards.

• Evaluate foam raw materials and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Monitor product quality and perform root cause analysis of defects.

• Coordinate with suppliers for material development and qualification.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
