Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Adovcate License
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Computer Operating, Internet Browsing, Land Law, MICROSOFT OFFICE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land and Legal
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the schedules and diary of the Chairperson and ensure all appointments and meetings are duly updated.
∎ Accompany Chairperson to the court and other Government offices. Consult and give recommendations on legal matters.
∎ Screen all telephone calls, faxes of the Chairperson and pass on messages as required.
∎ Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of Chairperson, Type and prepare all emails and electronic documents as necessary and Identify and resolve all IT issues that arise during the due course of office times.
∎ Keep contact with key contact personnel in Australia and Canada with updates on ongoing projects, For this knowledge on internet communications and the possession of a smart phone is necessary.
∎ Provide protocol service, Visa, Air Ticket booking, Hotel reservation related activities of Chairperson as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good command over English.
∎ Must be able to operate a PC at intermediate level, along with Microsoft Office word and excel.
∎ Ability to coordinate and manage multi-task with tight deadlines.
∎ Candidates should have adequate knowledge and experience in general administrative rules and regulations etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Applicant will also receive housing quarters
