Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline with relevant experience as front office management/receptionist in any MNC or national conglomerates or two (02) years Diploma in Hotel Management.
Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Dhaka, Gulshan-2
∎ 2 Days Weekly Holiday
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
∎ Manage online and phone reservations
∎ Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
∎ Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay )
∎ Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
∎ Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
∎ Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
∎ 8 .Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs
∎ Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
∎ Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
∎ Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
∎ Accommodate guest requests.
∎ Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms.
∎ Up selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services.
∎ Handling cash payments.
∎ Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
∎ 2 Days Weekly Holiday
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be well groomed
∎ Should be good communication skill in English (Spoken & Written)
Salary: Tk. 13500 - 14000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
