Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Project Manager, SPL
∎ Project Duration: 1st July, 2022 to 30th April, 2025
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting - The position demands person having knowledge & experience on sampling, interviewing, data collection, analysis & reporting and Excel & Spread sheet operational skills. Guide the regular sharing of the outputs of M&E findings with staff and primary stakeholders. Participate in external missions and facilitate mission team members’ access to M&E data and to stakeholders.
∎ Capacity Building - Responsible for developing different capacity building guidelines, facilitate training program and ensuring the project implementation plans are executed effectively & on time.
∎ Delivery - Ensuring all monitoring and report delivering to proper authority as per agreement & job responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skill in conducting training and developing different training modules.
∎ Able to monitor and evaluate data quality of program activities.
∎ Ability to develop documentation materials including case studies, reports, best practices, lessons learnt, as per project requirements.
∎ Able to maintaining a strong liaison with the Government department, LEB, local media and other project related stakeholders.
∎ At least 03 years of professional experience in the field of NGO development, training/monitoring preferably in WASH sector Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit;
∎ Experience in writing project reports and management plans;
∎ Willingness to participate in field activities/surveys and travel to remote areas within the region;
∎ Knowledge in the use of software
∎ Proven experience in facilitating and monitoring projects.
∎ Experience and skills in training and transfer of knowledge & communication and facilitation skills
∎ Willingness & ability to visit program sites extensively
∎ Ability to stay at project area and habituate to team work.
∎ Strong team player with well-developed networking

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
∎ An amount of tk 35,000 per month (with 6% yearly increment and one Festival Bonus)
