Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Statistics / Economics / Geography / Environmental Science / Social Sciences or related discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience of working in the areas of MEL and GIS, preferably in development or construction projects
∎ Proven track record in developing, implementing and reviewing MEL /GIS systems/strategies at sector level.
∎ Knowledge on Arc GIS/Arc view/QGIS. Designing, development, administration, and security of large scale database systems in SQL Server or Oracle will be an advantage.
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information.
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Ability to design and implement Technology based MEL/GIS system/processes
∎ Proficient in computer operation, particularly, in SPSS, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Excellent English and Bangla spoken and written skills
