Job Context:
∎ Duty station Bangladesh, Cox`s Bazar, Ukhiya Upazila
∎ Starting date 01 January 2021
∎ Contract duration 2 Years (renewable)
∎ Contract type Full time
∎ Reports to Project Manager-Food Security & Livelihoods
∎ Coordinates with Managers, Officers and Partners.
∎ Direct line manager of Community Mobilizers- Food Security & Livelihoods

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' experience in development organization, preferably in Food Security and Livelihoods field.
∎ Priority will be given to the candidates who have experience in Rohingya response project implementation.
∎ Good knowledge of security management in humanitarian contexts.
∎ Keep strong coordination with other implementing agencies, donors and local governmental authorities at field level.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Fluent English skills (written, spoken and reading). Local language is an asset.
∎ Willingness to accept frequent field missions.
∎ Driving motorbike with valid driving license is a must.
∎ Ability to establish collaborative relationships with staff, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
∎ Strong attitude to take initiative, work autonomously and achieve results effectively, Flexibility and Stress-management.
∎ Respect of HEKS/EPER mission and values.

Salary: Tk. 91187 (Monthly)
