Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Finance / Banking or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that financial activities (savings, credit, insurance etc.) have been functional with SHGs i.e. with individual BHH that would bring a positive change in the lives of the beneficiaries of Kurigaram district.
∎ Ensure viable financial activities (savings, credit, insurance etc.) have been functional with SHGs or BHHs through conducting need assessment and identify the technical support and assistance.
∎ Provide technical support to the project staffs to build their capacity in developing micro business plans or the extreme poor to promote entrepreneurship.
∎ Prepare training plan and schedule and provide need based training and orientation of FFs to enhance their capacities.
∎ Conduct/arrange refresher training for the Field Facilitators.
∎ Establish and strengthen functional relation with agent banking/mobile banking services to attain continues support for BHH.
∎ Provide support to the program participants to linkage them suitable markets for their products.
∎ Ensure that planed activities are being implemented properly.
∎ Prepare and submit, in time, periodic reports on activities as per management and donor’s requirement in Standard English
∎ Undertake time to time visit to field and share feedback to management and respective staff.
∎ Supervise and monitor activities of Field Facilitators and also provide support & guide to them as required.
∎ Disseminate new & updated innovative ideas to the staffs and program participants as well.
∎ Provide analytical reports to respective supervisor (monthly/quarterly/when required)
∎ Prepare and maintain related documents properly & safely.
∎ Maintain good relation with respective government officials and other colleagues.
∎ Maintain liaison with internal and external department for program related activities.
∎ Provide cooperation to internal and external visitors/donors.
∎ Carry out any other tasks as may be considered necessary by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experienced in agent banking/mobile banking procedures and engaging commercial bank for service to target household.
Salary: Tk. 38325 (Monthly)
