Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Contract length: Contractual (up to 15th April 2021)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (will cover these four districts Feni, Brahmanbaria, Madaripur and Mankigonj)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years working experience in civil repairing/refurbishing work.
∎ Sound knowledge on structural work designing, BOQ, estimating, drawing and environmental survey
∎ Ability to manage contractors/labours at the construction site
∎ Working experience with Government counterpart will be an advantage
∎ Ability and willingness to travel widely in program areas
∎ Proven knowledge of expenditure tracking and monitoring
∎ Excellent labour management and negotiation skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package, engineering software and use of Internet
